Cristina Sabatini is a global entrepreneur best described in the likeness of her eponymous accessories collection: vibrant, elegant and bold. Her brand’s tagline “Timeless. Modern. Luxurious.” also speaks to the similarities between the line and its designer.
Cristina is an innovative artist who has devoted her life to discovering and perfecting her aesthetic as a result of her expanding worldview through her travels. Each of her collections is inspired by a city or art style she has encountered and tied together with a classical, geometric influence.
“I TRY TO TAKE AESTHETIC ELEMENTS FROM EVERYWHERE I TRAVEL, WHETHER IT BE EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA OR ASIA. I TEND TO INCORPORATE MORE EDGY ELEMENTS INTO MY NEWEST DESIGNS, AND EXPAND INTO MORE CASUAL STYLES OF JEWELRY FOR EVERYDAY WEAR, BUT I ALWAYS MIX MY OWN PERSONAL STYLE INTO EVERYTHING I MAKE.”
The designer is known for her elaborately designed and colorful statement jewelry made from a variety of materials including exotic leathers, gem-grade resin, sterling silver, 18k gold, and both precious and semi-precious stones. She prides herself on working with a diverse, dedicated team of artisans to ensure that every piece of jewelry lives up to her uncompromising standards.
Cristina was formally trained in jewelry design and began her entrepreneurial journey by opening five luxury boutiques, designing a fine jewelry line, and building a successful hotel in her native Brazil. After moving to New York she decided to further pursue her love for designing jewelry and created a dynamic and modern fashion jewelry line.
